Shipping policy

All orders are processed from our workspace in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days of receiving them. 

Orders within Canada are fulfilled using ChitChats and Canada Post shipping services. ChitChats receives the shipment from us, and then passes it along to Canada Post for the final delivery. 

Orders to the United States are fulfilled using ChitChats and USPS shipping services. ChitChats receives the shipment from us, and then passes it along to USPS for the final delivery. Orders can be expected to arrive ~3-5 business days once shipped. 

International orders are fulfilled using ChitChats (USPS Asendia) and Canada Post shipping services. ChitChats receives the shipment from us; once the shipment arrives in your country, they pass it on to your local postal service for the final delivery.

All orders will receive an email confirmation from us once they have been shipped, with any available tracking information included.
